Quinn not budging on dispatch centers

SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn is moving forward with his plan to close some of the state's police dispatch centers. Even though lawmakers found enough money to keep all 20-centers open, Quinn still wants to shut some of them down.
Only 4 would remain up and running, including one in Springfield. Dispatchers would use a new radio system allowing them to answer calls statewide. Governor Quinn has until July 1 to make his plan official.
