MCLEAN COUNTY -- Rabies could be a problem this summer. The first rabid bat has been confirmed found in a home in Bloomington.

The health department says rabies is almost always fatal, but preventable. If you notice strange behavior from a wild animal, call animal control. If you're scratched or bitten, call a doctor.
