CHAMPAIGN -- There's no age requirement to run a marathon and this 11-year old crossed the finish line to prove it. It was tears of joy for Oliver Bohac.

This was his first full marathon. He ran it to support his mom who got hurt. Things got a little hard for Oliver but he pushed through it. Oliver finished his race in 5 hours, 7 minutes.

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- There are more than 20,000 runners taking part in this weekend's races. But one of them is a bit younger than most. Oliver Bohac is just 11-years old. This will be his very first marathon.

He started running last summer to support his mom who got hurt. She'll be running with him Saturday. Oliver says he's dedicating every mile he runs to someone special. Oliver ran four half-marathons last year, but the farthest he's run so far is 21 miles.

He says he's a little nervous about the race, but Oliver says he's looking forward to crossing the finish line and seeing his face on the big board at Memorial Stadium.
