CHICAGO -- Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Rauner is under fire again after more details emerge of an alleged deal for his daughter's prep school admission.

At a press conference, Rauner found himself on the defensive again for an issue which has followed him throughout the campaign. Rauner answered more questions about whether he used his influence to get his daughter into Walter Payton College Prep, an exclusive Chicago public school.

He said allegations coming from Chicago Public Schools Inspector James Sullivan, which implicate him asking for an alleged favor from then CPS CEO Arne Duncan, are completely false. Rauner said he has a friendly relationship with Duncan through charitable giving, but has never asked for any special favors.
