    A change to the state's eavesdropping law is on today's docket in Springfield. A bill allowing people to video-record on-duty police officers is scheduled to go before a House committee.
    Several Illinoisans face jail time for video-taping police officers without their consent. Bill sponsor, Elaine Nekritz, says no public service worker should expect privacy while on-duty.
