URBANA -- It was Run or Dye for dozens of students Wednesday. There's only a week left of school at Wiley Elementary. Each year, staff comes up with a fun and unique way to end the year.

This year was a color run. Different stations were set up and, as kids ran by, a different color was thrown on them. During the year, kids learned about six core character traits; each trait was represented by a color during the event.

Teachers say each year-end bash wouldn't be possible without help from parents and volunteers. In previous years, they've duct-taped teachers to walls or shaved heads.
