CHAMPAIGN -- The cold weather isn't keeping some runners from getting ready for the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon. But, some of them have come inside to stay warm while they train.

With just 13 weeks left until the big weekend, the bitter cold temperatures can be frustrating to work with. But, the co-director of the race says there are ways to work around it.

One tip is to find something else to do inside and try cross-training. If you do decide to brave the cold, make sure you're well-dress and watch for slippery streets and snowy sidewalks.
