DANVILLE -- School bus drivers are working without a contract. If things don't change soon, they may strike.

They work with First Student, a company out of Ohio. Drivers are asking for a 3% raise, but First Student is proposing 1%. One driver says they've earned the pay bump.

Talks are underway. Both parties will meet with a mediator in December. Drivers are currently working under an extended agreement.
