CATLIN -- School district leaders and teachers meet Monday night with a federal mediator. They are still trying to hammer out a contract.
The superintendent said the main sticking points are salaries and contract language. They meet Monday night in a closed session at 6 pm. The superintendent said he hopes to be able to make progress.
