SPRINGFIELD -- The State Fair isn't just about corn-dogs and Ferris wheels. A lot of parents say they bring their kids for the educational experiences.

One of the biggest attractions this year is in the state police tent. Crowds are constant because of the exhibit. They have a State Trooper's squad car involved in a crash when someone didn't pull over for emergency vehicles. The driver of this vehicle survived.

However, so far, this year, two officers have been killed when motorists didn't obey Scott's law. It was enacted in 2001 and requires drivers to slow down and pull over when emergency vehicles are on the side of the road.
