NATIONAL -- A massive bill to help veterans was introduced on the Senate floor Tuesday. It contains more than 140 provisions and would cost more than $30 billion.

A big chunk of it goes to expanding healthcare for veterans. It would create nearly 30 more VA medical facilities and provide compensation for family caregivers of disabled veterans.
