NATIONAL -- The NCAA has reached a $75 million settlement in a concussion lawsuit. The proposed settlement was led by former EIU player Adrian Arrington. He says he has brain damage because of concussions he got while playing football.

The agreement doesn't set aside money to pay players who suffered brain trauma. Instead, it will go toward helping diagnose current and former college athletes.
