CHARLESTON -- An agreement with the help of city leaders and a company is settled out of court. L.D. & B. Investments will pay more than $2,000.

Most of it will cover the cost of police and first responders. The city accused the owners of renting out a warehouse without the proper permits.

A fight broke out at the frat part and two people were hurt. Company owners maintain they did nothing wrong.
