It's dedicated to Mike Martin, his two sons Braxton and Bryson, and their friend Dakota Hoffman. All four died in a car crash in 2009.
The boys loved to skate board, so with the help of fundraisers and grants, organizers collected more than $40,000 to build it. Dakota's mother, Candi, says seeing the pieces finally come together brings mixed emotions.
"It's kind of bittersweet. It's pretty amazing though to see the stuff there and actually see it happening. It's kind of making it real."
The ramps will be set up by Friday, and workers will finish pouring concrete next week. The park should open some time in August.
