PARIS -- With all the snow so far this winter, cities are burning through their budgets quicker than usual. The street superintendent in Paris says his crew worked about as much overtime saw they could earlier this month.

After all that, he says Tuesday's accumulation isn't as big of a deal, but they are running low on salt. He says he just ordered more. They hope to get it in the next few days.

He says they kind of got spoiled during the last few years since there wasn't much snow. But now, they're making up for it and then some. Four crews are responsible for clearing all streets within city limits.
