ILLINOIS -- State police are pushing for zero deaths during Unofficial and are stepping up patrols. They'll be enforcing their "fatal four" violations closely, including speeding, DUI, seat belts and distracted driving.

Troopers say they'll saturate the roads with patrols looking for those types of violations. New cellphone laws will also be enforced.
