UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- Police arrested two men after a traffic stop. Officers pulled over an SUV driven by 25-year old James Bivens, of Champaign, for speeding. Bivens fled the scene and was arrested after a foot chase.

Authorities say a search of the vehicle uncovered a firearm stolen from Kentucky and a controlled substance, believed to be cocaine. 32-year old Calvin Dooley, of Champaign, was a passenger in the vehicle. Both men face multiple charges.
