CHAMPAIGN -- Your drive through town is getting a little more colorful. It's because digital billboards throughout town now have artwork on them. It's a new program called Framed.

The Champaign School District picked a student's artwork from each school. They'll be displayed high in the sky the next year.

Nellie Haug is the winner from Centennial. She created this collage of The Godfather. Nellie's collage is made from newspaper and construction paper. It was her interpretation of pop art.
