CHAMPAIGN -- An area principal has found a good way to motivate his students. When they reach goals, he makes a special rap, just for them. Barkstall Elementary's Jaime Roundtree used the theme, "Kindness is Catchy." It's a reward for students after their Miles of Kindness program.

During the last six weeks, students have been giving up recess to walk laps around the gym. It helped raise money for the Boys and Girls Club. Students say they've learned a lot. Students walked more than 8,200 miles, raising almost $2,000.
