Surveillance video could solve O'Hare alligator mystery

CHICAGO -- People riding Chicago's public transit got a wild ride. A woman brought an alligator onto a CTA train.

Passengers posted pictures to social media showing the woman holding the gator for passengers to see. Security cameras show her taking it to O'Hare Airport and leaving without it.

Police are looking for the woman. She could face animal cruelty charges.

CHICAGO -- O'Hare Airport got an unexpected traveler Friday. Someone found an alligator in one of the terminals.

Workers caught the alligator with a broom and dustpan, then called animal control. They'll treat it for about six months, then it will likely be given to a reptile park.
