Teen arrested in shooting

DECATUR -- Police say a 15-year old is to blame for a shooting. It happened in the Kroger parking lot in the 1400-block of West King Street.

The 32-year old victim was shot in the shoulder and is still hospitalized. The teen was arrested Friday and charged with attempted murder. Police aren't commenting on a motive, but say there could be more arrests soon.
