PIATT COUNTY -- A teen accused of a hit-and-run was sentenced to 180 days in jail, four years probation and $40,500 in restitution. 19-year old Wesley Luster, of Mahomet, was sentenced for hitting 46-year old Paul Reynolds, of Mansfield, in May.

Reynolds was critically injured in the accident. The judge who sentenced Luster says he wanted Luster to work to repay Reynolds, but also gave him six months in jail for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
