Town hall on gun violence planned

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) -- A group wants Congressman Rodney Davis to talk gun violence. They want him to attend a town hall meeting later this week. The group presented a petition to his Champaign office, signed by nearly 400 people asking him to come. We're told Davis' Democratic challenger Betsy Londrigan plans to be there.

The town hall will be hosted by the group "UIUC Students Against Gun Violence." It's happening Thursday (4/5/18) at 6:30pm at the Champaign Public Library.
