MCLEAN COUNTY -- A Washington state truck driver won't have to pay two tickets issued in connection with the death of a firefighter. Chris Brown was killed in March. He was hit by a semi while on the scene of an accident.

The driver was cited for driving too fast for conditions and not slowing down or moving over while passing emergency vehicles. A judge dismissed those tickets. The McLean County State's Attorney says that doesn't mean the case is closed.
