URBANA -- The University of Illinois president will serve for another year.

The university board voted to extend Robert Easter's term. It originally expired in June 2014 -- now he will serve until June 2015.

Easter became the University's 19th president back in 2012. He's postponed his retirement more than once, but the board says they're happy to have him.
