URBANA -- A Champaign woman says the woman who scammed her out of thousands of dollars didn't get the punishment she deserves. Jennifer Phillips was arrested last month for using credit cards from her elderly patients and writing checks to herself.

This week she went to court. Susie Dehn is 93 years old. She'd known Phillips for years and hired her as a caretaker.

Phillips got 30-months probation, has to repay  the bank and credit card companies, plus pay Dehn $700. Dehn says the sentence is nothing more than "a slap on the wrist."
