CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- Millions of dollars will be headed to victims for relief. It's part of a new grant. Governor Quinn announced Tuesday, $3.8 million will be given to victims around the state.

If you want to donate to disaster victims, the IRS warns you to be wary of scammers. Many times, con artists impersonate charities.

They do it to steal money or get private information from donors. To protect yourself, only donate to qualified charities like the Red Cross.
