SIDNEY -- It's been a long time since buggies and wagons were the common mode of transportation, but they're still showing up on the books in one Central Illinois town. Sidney is trying to bring its codes up to the 21st Century.

The village president says many ordinances haven't been touched from the 80's, 70's and even earlier. That means getting rid of words like "buggie" and "wagon" in the vehicle ordinance. They've already had one bid at just under $8,000 for the project.
