DOUGLAS COUNTY -- Water is back on at the Douglas County Jail which means inmates are moving back in. Wednesday night, a leak in Tuscola's water system forced authorities to relocate them.

They were transferred to surrounding county jails. Deputies say things are back to normal. Inmates should all be back by the end of Thursday.
