GIFFORD -- The boil order was lifted Friday, but things aren't completely fixed yet. The town's water plant was destroyed in the tornado, but village workers kept it pumping.

Now, with temperatures falling, they've put up a tent to keep pipes from freezing. Leaders say, so far, they're staying warm.

The tent will be up for several months. The water department says it can't start construction on a new building until the weather gets warmer.
