Water users paying the price

DECATUR -- The drought is still taking a toll on Lake Decatur. While recent rain helped the lake stay steady from last week, the number of people using too much water continues to rise.

Police say they've handled more than 140-calls since the restrictions started. So far, they've written 28-citations with a minimum $200 fine.
