PIATT COUNTY -- A man had to be rescued after his truck crashed into a creek. It happened early Monday morning along I-74 near Cisco. The driver went off the road and into about four feet of water.

The driver was not hurt, but crews had to pull him from the truck. Police blame icy roads and blowing snow which blinded the driver.
