ROBERTS -- The winter weather is hitting some towns harder than others. The city has dealt with eleven water main breaks so far this year. Officials say it's because of the cold temperatures mixing with the village's 80-year old water system.

The breaks have meant a lot of boil orders for people and businesses, like Margo's Salon and Day Spa. It has a 200 gallon tank to help save water when it's usable. When the water problems first started, the salon used crock pots to boil it for their clients' hair.

The most recent break was Monday, but everything was back to normal Wednesday.
