Winter may have caused more calls to METCAD

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- More people called 911 last month, compared to January 2013. METCAD saw a 39% increase in calls. There was a 15% increase in non-emergency calls. METCAD says the cold and snowy weather could be to blame.
