WESTVILLE -- Neighbors are chilled after a fire on their street Friday morning. People say 37-year-old Kathy Taylor was sleeping in her home when a fire started in her back room.

They watched as two sheriffs kicked the door open. It took four people to remove Taylor from her home. Neighbors say she's lucky to be alive.

"It's not a very good feeling to know that there's somebody laying inside and there's nothing you can do"

aitis tells us the woman was badly burnt but is okay. She's in the burn unit of the Wishard Memorial Hospital. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
