CHICAGO -- The Chicago Cubs are one step closer to a $575 million renovation of Wrigley Field. Despite objections from the neighbors, the team got a unanimous thumbs up on the plan. Renovations include a Jumbo-tron, new outfield lights and new bleachers.

Owners of rooftops across from the ballpark have been threatening lawsuits over blocked views. A spokesperson says this battle is not over. Wrigley Field is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Of course the Cubs haven't won a World Series title since 1908.
