CHAMPAIGN-URBANA -- Little legs take on a marathon all their own. The Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon held its annual 1K Youth Run outside of Memorial Stadium.

Kids got T-shirts, a race number bib, plus water and snacks at the end. But just one thing was on the minds of both kids and parents for this race: crossing the finish line.

From tiny tots to teens, there were races for all age groups. There was also a special "sibling race" for families to run together.
