EAST PEORIA, Ill. - Teutopolis found itself running out of outs, trailing Beecher 5-3 when Allison Apke stepped to the plate in the fifth inning and sent a three-run blast over the wall in left center.  The home run capped the Shoes rally that saw them come back from four-run deficit to win 6-5.  The victory sends the Wooden Shoes to their first ever state softball title game.  Kadi Borries pitched through some early trouble, scattering 11 hits over seven strong innings.  Teutopolis (28-3) will play Rock Island (Alleman) (31-6) in the Class 2A state championship game Saturday at 5:30 pm.
