URBANA -- The Urbana High School track is no longer just for students. Anyone can use the state-of-the-art facility. It's great news as runners get set for the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon.

The track is now open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 - 8 pm, Saturday's from 8 - 11 am. It won't be available during school events.

At least one parent is excited to log some miles on the new track. It will be closed if the weather is bad. Public hours will end in the fall.
