SILVIS, Ill. - The British Open starts this week, and you'll be able to follow a pair of former Illini golfers throughout the weekend.  Luke Guthrie and D.A. Points will both be playing at the Open after they both missed the cut at last weekend's John Deere Classic.

One former Illini who won't be heading to the British is Scott Langley.  Langley had a solid showing at the John Deere, finishing tied for 33rd at -11.  Instead of going to the British, he'll be playing the Sanderson Farms Championship in Madison, Miss. in hopes of building off his JDC performance.
