Badgers win 13th-straight over Illini

Illini freshman Trent Frazier scores 32 points in loss, Ethan Happ puts up 27

CHAMPAIGN (WCIA) -- Wisconsin won its 13th-straight game over Illinois, taking down their neighbors to the south 78-69 Thursday night at State Farm Center.

The Illini (12-13, 2-10 B1G) got a career-high performance from true freshman Trent Frazier, the Florida native scored 32 points, just two shy of the single game freshmen program record. Leron Black pitched in 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Badgers got 27 points from Ethan Happ on 12-of-20 shooting to lead the Badgers, who improve to 11-15 on the season and 4-9 in league play.
