CHAMPAIGN - Tim Beckman was vocal this week about the lack of roster depth he inherited at Illinois, and now he is doing something about it on the recruiting trail.  In fact, just days after landing one of the top junior college wide receivers in the country, he got two more verbal commitments Thursday afternoon.

Cornerback Tyree Stone-Davis is coming to Illinois.  His twin brother, Tyrin, committed to Illinois earlier this week.  Stone-Davis is 6-3, 190 lbs.  He chose Illinois over Hawaii and San Diego State.

The other commitment came from wide receiver Geronimo Allison.  He is ranked among the top 20 junior college wide receivers in the country.  Allison is 6-3, 180 lbs and chose Illinois over Kansas State, Iowa State and Louisiana Tech.
