Ballots being recounted

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- It's been more than a week since Illinois' primary election, but ballots are still being counted.
CHAMPAIGN COUNTY -- It's been more than a week since Illinois' primary election, but ballots are still being counted. Every Democratic ballot cast is being recounted. Irregularities were discovered in several uncontested races.

County Clerk Gordy Hulten says 98% of the votes were counted Wednesday. He says they were counted twice. No changes were found in any of the contested races. Hulten says the problem is with the ballot's design. They'll finish counting Thursday morning and post the results online.
