Baseball league under fire for using wrong name

ATWOOD -- The Atwood-Hammond Youth Baseball League is under fire again, this time for using the wrong name.
ATWOOD -- The Atwood-Hammond Youth Baseball League is under fire again, this time for using the wrong name. It was calling itself "little league" but that's only allowed for chartered teams.

This comes just months after the program was scrutinized for selling a rifle off as a fundraiser. The league commissioner says someone upset about that called Little League Baseball, Incorporated.

The league commissioner says they've been using "little league" for longer than he's been in charge and he wasn't aware of the rule.

Little League International is asking him to quit using the term and to let them know he has in writing.
