CENTRAL ILLINOIS -- About a dozen cities in the state are teaming up to try to get more done in Springfield. Medium-sized cities, like Danville and Peoria, say it's tough to get bills passed by themselves, so they're going to tackle issues like public housing and education as a group. It's the first such partnership between cities from different parts of the state.
