    Buckhart Road is reopened after hazmat crews cleaned up an anhydrous ammonia leak. It came from operations at the water treatment plant. and happened just before 10 am. One person was exposed, but declined treatment.

ROCHESTER -- Hazmat crews are on the scene of an anhydrous ammonia leak at the water treatment plant in the 9000-block of Buckhart Road. Drivers are asked to avoid the area. The leak came from operations at the plant. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
