CHARLESTON -- Getting fit might be easier than you think using the resources at your local library.
With the Central Illinois weather getting warmer, you're probably noticing the physical effects of being shut in all winter! Books, videos, and online resources at your local library can help you sharpen your mind, boost your mood, and get moving toward better physical fitness.
Jeanne Hamilton of the Charleston Carnegie Public Library (www.charlestonlibrary.org)stopped by ciLiving to talk about the resources at her library, which can be checked out by anyone having a card from libraries around the state!
The library will also be hosting a healthy living series in May. All events are free and open to the public. Contact the library for details: (217) 345-4913.
