Human remains discovered

RANTOUL -- Police recovered human remains after sifting through debris of a fire from last month.
RANTOUL -- Police recovered human remains after sifting through debris of an arson fire from last month. Wednesday, investigators noticed a foul odor coming from the fire scene at the 1200-block of Cypress Lane. They found the remains buried within the structure.

An autopsy was done, but could only determine the remains are those of a man. Detectives continue to work to identify the victim. No cause of death at this time.
  
21-year old Brandon Young is accused of setting the fire. The Champaign County States Attorney's Office is reviewing the case. Police are searching for a 2nd suspect.
