BOSTON, MA. -- Down 17 points in the first half, second-seeded Illinois battled back to beat host Boston University 66-62 Wednesday night in the opening round of the NIT.  Rayvonte Rice led all scorers with 28 points and eight rebounds.  Freshman guard Malcolm Hill added 10 points and eight rebounds for the Illini, who play at Clemson Sunday morning at 10 a.m. CT in the second round.
