Kids to Know continue living life lesson

HUME -- One good idea leads to another and it's paying off Wednesday.
HUME -- One good idea leads to another and it's paying off. In November, Shiloh's FFA members attended the National Convention. During the trip, they had the chance to bag food for the Kids Against Hunger program. The food was shipped to Haiti, but the event inspired these Kids to Know to do the same thing for their community.

Wednesday, they're packaging meals and will send them home with students and to food pantries in Edgar and Douglas counties. The Shiloh FFA is inviting anyone in the community to come help. It takes place from 8:30 - 2:30. The goal is to make enough meals so the summer is hunger-free for students at Shiloh.
